Comment:

This is the first blog post from the "Boy Dinner" series — dinners I make as a gym bro, a guy, and basically someone who eats whatever is in the fridge, as long as it has at least some protein in it.

The recipe is very simple and you'll have everything ready in just a few dozen minutes… all you need to do is keep some marinated meat in the fridge, throw it in the pan, and in the meantime prepare the other ingredients than put everything together on one plate.

What I like about this recipe is that it's simple yet tasty (I recommend adding some sauce of your choice — yes, it will increase the total calories, but the whole dish tastes way better).

Would I make this recipe again? Probably yes, but I'd play around with different variations.

What variations can you make? For example, you can use just one type of meat instead of two. You could go for a fried egg or scrambled eggs instead of a hard-boiled egg. Or swap the cheese and sides for something different — the options are really endless.

I hope you like my recipe. I will be happy if you check out other recipes. Every Saturday a new, original protein recipe is released.
