Boy dinner #2 (96g of protein)

Ingredients:
-
Ground beef – 460 g
Blue cheese – 30 g
Banana – 90 g
Whole milk – 350 ml
Instructions:
- Divide the ground beef into two halves and shape them into patties (pic 1).
- Grill the meat (pic 2). There are several ways to cook it – I used an electric grill, but you can use a regular grill, pan-fry it, bake it in the oven, or even cook it in an air fryer.
- Next, slice the blue cheese (I used two small slices just for flavor) and cut the banana into small pieces. Pour the milk into a mug and you're done (pic 3).
Enjoy your meal

Comment:
Here's another post from the "Boy Dinner" series – a dinner I make as a true gym bro, a guy who'll eat anything in the fridge as long as it packs some protein.
This recipe is really simple and uses only a few ingredients. The entire prep and cooking time takes just a few dozen minutes and then it's ready to eat.
It's an ideal post-workout meal... packed with protein and fats, with carbs coming only from the banana – which is not a bad thing at all, quite the opposite.
Would I make this recipe again? Yes, absolutely. It's quick, simple, tasty, and has everything I look for in a meal.
Possible variations? You could add vegetables or another side-dish to the meat. You don't have to include cheese or milk. There are plenty of options—and honestly, this recipe is mainly about the meat. The rest can be adjusted to your own preferences, taste, and of course whatever you happen to have in your fridge.
I hope you like my recipe. I will be happy if you check out other recipes. Every Saturday a new, original protein recipe is released.
