Chicken Tortilla (92g of protein)

Ingredients:

  • Tortilla wraps – 2 pcs

  • Chicken breast (cut into cubes) – 340 g

  • Butter – 5 to 10 g

  • Vegetables (according to your preference) – 100 g

  • Sauce (according to your preference) – 20 g


Instructions:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into small cubes and season it according to your preference – I used salt, pepper, and garlic (pic 1).

  2. Add a small piece of butter (5–10 g) to a pan and sauté the chicken pieces (pic 2).

  3. While the chicken is cooking, chop your vegetables (pic 3) – I used yellow bell pepper and Chinese cabbage.

  4. Place a tortilla on a plate. Then add all the ingredients on top: the chicken pieces, vegetables, and sauce (pic 4). Fold it up and place it in a grill to toast.

  5. Repeat with the second tortilla and enjoy the result (image no. 5).

A simple, quick, and tasty recipe for everyone.

If you prefer smaller portions, I recommend using just one tortilla. I personally like larger portions for lunch and dinner, so I consider both tortillas to be a single main meal.

For the sauce, I used mustard with horseradish, but you can use anything you like or have on hand. The same goes for the type of tortilla you choose, the meat (chicken, pork, turkey...), and the vegetables… everything depends on your taste and preferences.
