Ginger shot

Ingredients:
- Ginger – about 100 g
- Orange – 3 large pieces
- Lemon – 3 small pieces
- Water – 200 ml
Instructions:
- The first step is to prepare all the necessary ingredients (pic 1). I initially prepared 5 oranges, but during the process, I realized that 3 are more than enough.
- Peel the ginger and cut it into small pieces (pic 2). Place the pieces into a blender.
- Cut the lemons in half (pic 3), remove as many seeds as possible, and squeeze the juice into the blender as well.
- Next, peel 3 oranges, cut them into smaller pieces, and add them to the blender with the other ingredients (pic 4). If your oranges contain seeds, remove them so they don't end up in the final product.
- Add 200 ml of water and blend thoroughly (pic 5).
- Strain the mixture into another bowl (pic 6).
- You can see the total amount of ginger shot produced – around 500 ml of liquid (pic 7).
- Pic 8 shows one serving – a shot glass.
Store in a sealed bottle in the fridge and drink a maximum of 3 servings per day.
The Ginger shot serves as an excellent natural prevention against illness.
Comment:
The Ginger shot is an amazing natural immunity booster and a great way to prevent illnesses, thanks to the large amount of vitamins it contains.
Would I make this recipe again? YES! I highly recommend it to everyone. It lasts in the fridge for up to a week, so you can easily keep a small stock of these healthy, vitamin-packed shots made straight from fruit. A quick, tasty, and refreshing way to support your health.
Tips for preparation:
When I make this recipe again, I'd do a few things differently:
I'd use more ginger, up to 200 g for a stronger flavor and more benefits.
-
I'd add a bit of honey – about one small spoon for the whole batch – and blend it together with the fruit for a slightly sweeter and smoother taste.
As mentioned, store it in the fridge in a sealed bottle to keep it fresh.
I hope you like my recipe. I will be happy if you check out other recipes. Every Saturday a new, original protein recipe is released.
