Protein coffee (23g of protein)

Ingredients:
- Espresso – 50 to 70 ml
- Whole milk – 120 ml
- Whey protein (your favorite flavor – I used vanilla) – 25 g
Instructions:
- First, prepare a small coffee – espresso (pic 1). I used a portafilter coffee machine, but you can make it any way you like or whatever you have at home.
- Next, pour 120 ml of whole milk into a shaker and add one scoop of your favorite whey protein isolate. Shake it well (pic 2).
- And now for the final step – pour the espresso into a larger cup, then add the milk and protein mix. You can stir it with a spoon if you like (pic 3).
Hope you enjoy your coffee — cheers!

Comment:
A very simple recipe for a "sweet" coffee — yet packed with protein.
I have to say, I enjoyed this coffee way more than the overly sweet drinks from Starbucks or similar places. On top of that, it had almost 23 grams of protein… incredible, wow.
Would I make this recipe again? Absolutely! I actually make this protein coffee several times a month as a mid-morning snack — it gives me both energy and protein in one go. Perfect.
You can use any protein flavor you like. The taste of the final coffee will vary depending on your choice. So far, I've only tried vanilla, but I'm planning to experiment with chocolate or coconut next time.
I hope you like my recipe. I will be happy if you check out other recipes. Every Saturday a new, original protein recipe is released.
