
Protein greek yogurt with müsli (45 g of protein)

Ingredients:
- Greek yogurt – 170 g
- Whey protein – 20 g
- Protein müsli – 50 g
Instructions:
- Put the Greek yogurt into a bowl (pic 1).
- Add whey protein (pic 2).
- Mix the yogurt with the protein until you get a smooth mixture (pic 3).
- In a separate bowl, prepare 50 g of protein müsli (pic 4).
Enjoy your meal!

This recipe is very simple and quick.
I usually take this mix of Greek yogurt, protein, and müsli to work as a snack with my coffee. It gives me almost 45 g of protein in a small portion, it's tasty and healthy – simply everything I expect from a fitness recipe.
This recipe can be used not only as a snack between main meals but also as a quick and nutritious breakfast (if you enjoy slightly sweet breakfasts).
Would I make this recipe again? Absolutely! Practically every workday I take this mix of Greek yogurt and protein with müsli on the side to work (I mix the müsli with the yogurt right before eating).
Tip: Buy a 1 kg pack of Greek yogurt (make sure it has around 10 g of protein per 100 g of product) – this amount will last you the whole workweek.
Recipe variations: There are definitely a few. For example, different flavors of whey protein. In this recipe, I used vanilla flavor, but you can use whichever you prefer. Another variation could be with müsli – I use protein müsli, but you can choose any type you like.
