Comment:

Protein pancakes are a healthier alternative to the classic ones that our grandmothers and mothers used to make for us when we were little. We all loved them and ate them as much as we could. Come make them healthier with me so you don't have to feel guilty.

The pancakes weren't too sweet, but they were absolutely delicious when seasoned. The dough had a great consistency and was wonderfully soft.

I used Greek yogurt and maple syrup as a topping. You can of course also use less healthy and more classic options like jam or Nutella.

Would I make the recipe again? Yes! Without further ado, yes, I really liked the pancakes and they were good even the next day after taking them out of the fridge.

I hope you like my recipe. I will be happy if you check out other recipes. Every Saturday a new, original protein recipe is released.
