Protein salmon pasta (62g of protein)

Ingredients:

  • Salmon – 125 g

  • Mozzarella – 100 g

  • Cherry tomatoes – 150 g

  • Lamb's lettuce – 25 g

  • Protein pasta – 40 g

  • Olive oil – as needed

  • Salt and pepper – to taste


Instructions:

  1. Prepare all ingredients in a baking dish — cherry tomatoes, lamb's lettuce, mozzarella, and salmon. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with a few drops of olive oil (pic 1). Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20–25 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the pasta (I used protein pasta, but you can also use regular pasta). Cook according to the instructions on the package (pic 2).
  3. Once the dish is out of the oven, the salmon should be nicely cooked through, the mozzarella melted, and the tomatoes slightly shriveled (pic 3).
  4. Mix everything together in the baking dish (pic4), then add the pasta (pic 5). Finally, stir everything well to combine the ingredients (pic 6) — and you're done.
