
Protein salmon pasta (62g of protein)

Ingredients:
Salmon – 125 g

Mozzarella – 100 g

Cherry tomatoes – 150 g

Lamb's lettuce – 25 g

Protein pasta – 40 g

Olive oil – as needed

Salt and pepper – to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare all ingredients in a baking dish — cherry tomatoes, lamb's lettuce, mozzarella, and salmon. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with a few drops of olive oil (pic 1). Place in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20–25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta (I used protein pasta, but you can also use regular pasta). Cook according to the instructions on the package (pic 2).
- Once the dish is out of the oven, the salmon should be nicely cooked through, the mozzarella melted, and the tomatoes slightly shriveled (pic 3).
- Mix everything together in the baking dish (pic4), then add the pasta (pic 5). Finally, stir everything well to combine the ingredients (pic 6) — and you're done.
