Protein tzatziki sauce (15g of protein)

Ingredients:
- 2 boiled eggs – approx. 55 g each
- Tzatziki sauce – 50 g
- Garlic – 1 clove, approx. 5 g
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- A few drops of lemon juice
Instructions:
- First, we need to boil the eggs. Cook them in boiling water for about 8 minutes.
- Next, prepare all the ingredients together (pic 1).
- Chop the eggs into small pieces, crush and chop the garlic, add 50 g of tzatziki sauce, season with salt and pepper, and squeeze in a bit of lemon juice for a fresher taste. Put everything into a blender (pic 2).
- Blend thoroughly until the eggs are completely smooth (pic 3).
- Finally, transfer the mixture into a bowl so everyone can serve themselves alongside their main dish (pic 4).
Enjoy your meal!

Comment:
The protein tzatziki sauce is a healthier version of the classic tzatziki. It's packed with protein (about 15 g) thanks to the two eggs used in the recipe.
The sauce is very tasty and refreshing — perfect as a side for meat, eggs, or even vegetables.
Would I make this recipe again? Definitely yes, but probably more in the summer months for a backyard barbecue. In winter, I'm usually not in the mood for such a fresh, zesty sauce. That said, it was delicious — I served it with pork, and the combination with the protein tzatziki was absolutely divine.
I hope you like my recipe. I will be happy if you check out other recipes. Every Saturday a new, original protein recipe is released.
